Charlotte to quit pop [/size]   Charlotte to quit pop already?[/b][/size] Charlotte Church is threatening to quit the music industry if her new pop direction fails.
Her single 'Crazy Chick' is vying for number one this week and her album 'Tissues and Issues' comes out in July.
Speaking on Jo Whiley's show this morning Charlotte said the pressure of being a celebrity is starting to wind her up:
"I might just go away for a bit. The three years where I didn't have an album out or anything, the press were following me about."
"People started to think all she does is get drunk, she's just an it girl. She doesn't do anything."
"The whole time I was doing a lot of charity work and writing the album, but the press don't want to write about that."
"It's getting quite bad in Cardiff as well. I never had a bodyguard or anything and I always wanted to keep it that way, but everywhere I go people have got their camera phones out."

I hope not. She needs to release these new cd's in the states.
She needs to be encouraged by her fans even more than before.
It would be very sad if her voice ever went quite.

 Well, .... There are many type of music in this world. If we could focus on a certain music with our best effort, ........ we will satisfy with our work, happy with the result, ..and of course, popularity will follow us........ So, ... .... Mariah Carey has her unique thing, also Whitney Houston, ... also Christina Ag,.etc.......... So, .... what's the unique thing about Charlotte Church....... Don't immitate them......... Just.. be you.......... That will lead you to the succes ..not only... in spiritual song, .. but in all music lines......... include pop. CHANGE.... yes, we have to change... PEOPLE NEED CHANGE... and PEOPLE SHOULD CHANGE........ But, ... what kind of change is appropriate for each of us ...... What kind of change in your music style ... appropriate for you, for your voice character, for your voice tone, for your music performance? We love you Charlotte..........
