The 30-minute pre-match spectacular, which will be broadcast live on television throughout Wales
Charlotte, who has performed for royalty, religious leaders and presidents, said she couldn't resist showing her support to the team.
She told the Post today: "The Ospreys asked me if I'd like to sing at the opening of their new regional stadium and, having already walked on the pitch with Gavin at the players' awards ceremony a few weeks ago, I simply couldn't resist.
"I know the Ospreys have an amazing ceremony planned and the idea of singing in front of a packed house before their first game of the season will be an incredible experience.
"I'm just really honoured that the Ospreys have invited me to take part in what I'm sure will be a day to remember for the fans.
"I hope everyone will have a fantastic time and I wish the team the best of luck in their opening match at their new home."
